After 30 seconds, check the cilantro and if it's not completely dry, carefully flip it (it would be hot) and give it another blast for 10-20 seconds. Once the cilantro is completely dry, remove it from the microwave and let it cool.
Once cooled, crumble the cilantro in your hand, and separate the stems from the crumbled leaves. Store the cilantro in an airtight container or bag and it will last for several months in a cool dry place.
